Working principle
A hammer crusher is a stone-crushing machinery that uses impact energy to break down materials. During operation, under the drive of an electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When the materials enter the area where the plate hammers are located, they collide with the plate hammers on the rotor and are broken down. Then, they are thrown onto the counterattack device for further crushing. After bouncing off the counterattack liner, they return to the area where the plate hammers are located for another crushing process. This process repeats itself, with the materials gradually decreasing in size as they enter the first, second, third, and counterattack chambers for repeated crushing, until the materials are crushed to the desired particle size, which is then discharged through the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can achieve the purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material discharged.
