I. Core Structure
Grinding Pan (Water Basin): Circular trough, made of wear-resistant steel / cast iron, for storing water and materials, with discharge at the bottom.
Grinding Wheel (Grinding Roller): 2 heavy solid steel wheels, rotating both externally and internally, using self-weight (several tons) to crush and grind.
Transmission System: Motor + reducer + vertical shaft, driving the grinding wheels to rotate.
Water Circulation: Continuously adding water to form a slurry, reducing dust and aiding in classification.
II. Main Features
