Production Line Overview:

The customer wishes to crush granite. The raw stone is loaded into the feed hopper by a loader, and the bottom of the hopper is connected to a vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder uses vibration to continuously, uniformly, and in measured quantities convey the granite from the hopper to the feed inlet of the jaw crusher. The material enters the crushing chamber of the jaw crusher, where the moving jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating squeezing, splitting, and grinding actions of the moving jaw plate to crush the granite through high-intensity compression. A belt conveyor is positioned below the jaw crusher; the crushed granite falls onto the belt and is continuously transported to the finished product pile for storage, completing the collection of the finished product.

This crushing equipment is powered by a diesel engine and is equipped with a tow bar and tires, allowing it to operate outdoors;

This configuration is designed for single-stage primary crushing, producing coarse aggregate; to process crushed stone (10–30 mm), secondary crushing equipment and a screen must be added downstream;
